1. Data Processing Rules (Core Commitment)
We strictly abide by local data protection laws and make the following clear commitments:
- Local Audio File Processing: All local audio and music files imported, stored and browsed by users in the App are only processed locally on your iOS device. We will not collect, upload, sync or obtain any of your local audio files in any form, and all file data will never leave your personal device.
- Music Creation Data Processing: Only when you actively use the music creation function, the lyric text content independently edited and input by you will be uploaded to the third-party service platform for music generation. No other personal privacy data will be uploaded in this process.
- Advertising Data Processing: The third-party advertising SDKs integrated in the App only collect non-privacy, anonymous device and usage data, and will not collect any sensitive personal information, audio files, creation content and private user data.
2. Information We Process
2.1 User Active Submitted Data
Only the lyric text content you actively input for music creation will be uploaded and processed to complete the music generation service. We do not collect any other active input information without your consent.
2.2 Locally Processed Data (No Collection & No Upload)
All local music files, iCloud Drive audio files imported by users, and local music library data are completely processed and stored locally on your device. We have no access, collection or upload behavior.
2.3 Anonymous Automatically Collected Non-Privacy Data
To ensure the normal operation of the App, optimize service experience and deliver standardized advertising services, we and our third-party advertising partners may collect anonymous, non-identifiable non-privacy data, including:
- Anonymous device basic information (device model, system version, device language and region)
- Anonymous App usage behavior data, function access frequency and operation logs
- Anonymous advertising identification data (without associating user personal identity)
We will not collect any sensitive personal privacy data, audio content, creation content and private information through automatic collection functions.
3. Purpose of Data Use
All processed data are only used for the following legitimate purposes:
- Provide core App functions: local music browsing, playback and local file management (all processed locally)
- Complete music generation service: process your actively submitted lyric content to generate original music tracks
- Maintain App basic operation, fix technical faults and optimize product experience
- Deliver standardized, non-intrusive anonymous advertising display and advertising effect statistics
- Comply with legal and regulatory requirements
We do not sell, rent or lease any user data to third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
The App integrates trusted third-party service modules to realize partial functions. All third-party data processing complies with official privacy specifications and relevant laws and regulations.
4.1 Music Generation Service Provider
The original music generation function of this App is powered by Mureka AI Platform (https://platform.mureka.ai/).
When you initiate music creation, only the lyric text you actively input will be uploaded to the Mureka platform for audio track generation. The processing of your lyric data is subject to Mureka’s official privacy policy. We will not upload any of your local audio files, device privacy data or other personal information.
4.2 Advertising Service SDKs
This App integrates Google Ads SDK and Meta Ads SDK to realize basic advertising display and data statistics functions.
These SDKs only collect anonymous non-privacy data for advertising delivery, effect analysis and anti-fraud statistics. No sensitive personal privacy data, local audio files, user creation content or identifiable personal information will be collected.
You can turn off App tracking permissions through your iOS system settings (Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking) at any time.
5. Data Storage & Retention
- Local audio data: All local music files are permanently stored on your personal device, and we have no right to access or retain them.
- Lyric creation data: The lyric content uploaded for music generation is retained in accordance with Mureka platform’s official rules, only for completing the current generation service.
- Anonymous advertising data: Retained only for the time required for statistical analysis, and will not be permanently stored.
6. User Rights
If you are in regions with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA and other regional privacy regulations), you have the right to access, correct, delete relevant data, revoke authorization and refuse data processing. You can submit a rights application via our reserved contact email, and we will verify your identity and respond within a valid period.
7. Children's Privacy
This App is oriented to general users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect any data from children under 13 years old. If you find that we have mistakenly obtained children’s data, please contact us immediately, and we will delete the relevant data completely.
8. Data Security Protection
We adopt standardized technical and management measures to protect user data security. For data uploaded during music creation, we ensure encrypted transmission and secure processing. Meanwhile, local audio files are completely protected by iOS system sandbox mechanism to avoid data leakage.
